1. A recent article/interview with Relevant magazine can be read here.
2. From my “No shit, Sherlock” file, a review seems to postulate that Eisley’s too good for an event like Bamboozle (could just be my imagination):
"They’re tangentially affiliated with the "scene" of bands that Bamboozle is famous for cultivating, but they don’t sound like anybody else out there. Where most power pop bands like to shock, Eisley prefers to spook. Sherri and Stacy DuPree trade lines, harmonizing, casting spells like Sauron’s angry kid sister. They’re freezing up there in the wind — it’s not usually this cold in Dallas on May Day. To make matters worse, the crowd is thin; there’s so much going on, and no big label pushing the group. They go ahead and play the best show that nobody at Bamboozle sees — a sequence of enchantments, a string of black pearls.”
Hey theere (: I just wanted to tell you how much love your blog (and Eisley of course!) Keep it up! But I have a question...
Do you know if there's any sheet music available for any Eisley songs? Online tabs only get you so far (: Thanks!
Thanks so much!
Here’s all I could find in the way of sheet music, should I find more I’ll post a link for you:
